A beautifully cast & patinated English George IV period bronze inkwell, with original cut glass liner. The lid in the form of a pine cone, egg and dart vase shaped well, supported on tripartite winged fauns with lion paw feet. After designs by C.H. Tatham, taken from ancient oiginals. Ht 115mm.
